Once Again…

Once again, multiple times today, God showered His favor over us. Sometimes I can hardly catch my breath for all He does. Of course there are times of quiet, where I have to wait and listen. But then there are times, as we remain surrendered, wrestling out the cry of faith and the praise of hope, that YHWH, the Sovereign God– who’s train of His robe fills the heavenly temple– comes and dances over us and displays whispers of His love that we can pick up and touch with our hands. If you could just taste… if you could just see… the LORD God is good. He is good! I can’t answer every reason for the cry of a broken heart, of a lonely soul, of pain endured. But these are our ashes. And these are what God uses to give us beauty. To display His goodness, heal our souls, and carve our destiny in eternity. Oh, see, beloved. See with me… come sit by my window and see what I have seen… Oh yes. I saw that.

“I will consider all Your works
and meditate on all Your mighty deeds.
Your ways, God, are holy.
What god is as great as our God?
You are the God who performs miracles;
You display Your power among the peoples.”
Psalm 77:12-14 NIV
